Arabic Customer Support Specialist (Remote)
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Remote Arabic Customer Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you’ll provide professional, timely support to Arabic-speaking customers through email, chat, and phone.
You’ll respond to customer questions, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure a positive experience in every interaction. Success in this remote position requires strong Arabic communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a careful attention to detail. Your work will help maintain customer satisfaction and support the organization’s growth.
Key Responsibilities
1) Customer Communication
- Answer customer inquiries in Arabic via email, chat, or phone (and in English if needed)
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and procedures
- Keep communication clear, professional, and empathetic
2) Issue Resolution
- Help customers troubleshoot and resolve common issues
- Determine root causes and guide customers through solutions
- Escalate complex or sensitive cases to the appropriate teams
3) Case Management
- Record all customer interactions in the CRM or support systems
- Monitor open cases and follow up to ensure timely resolution
- Maintain accurate, current customer records
4) Quality and Service Standards
- Ensure responses meet company quality and communication standards
- Handle complaints professionally and with empathy
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring issues
5) Team Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns
- Attend training sessions and team meetings
- Stay informed about product updates, policies, and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken) and solid English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with empathy and patience
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills and comfort with digital tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting
- Previous customer support experience is a plus
