Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and the engineering team to efficiently gather and verify information about Realtor customers Application Monitoring: Serve as the primary point of contact for monitoring observability and data flow throughout the application, engaging the team to address any issues proactively. Process Documentation: Create and update documentation for integration processes and workflows to ensure clarity and consistency within the team. Strong Communication Skills: Communicate technical information and project updates to both technical and non-technical team members.
