Job Profile Summary:
A high-caliber Senior Executive Assistant position supporting the President in AI, Technology, and Sustainability, requiring exceptional organizational abilities, strategic thinking, and advanced business acumen in the technology sector.
Key Responsibilities

    • Executive Support & Strategic Partnership
    • Act as a strategic partner to the executive by offering high-level support, resolving problems, and addressing preliminary issues.
    • Exercise independent judgment and decision-making authority across a wide range of executive-level matters.
    • Maintain comprehensive oversight of relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including the executive team, Board of Directors, and key business partners.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for the executive’s office, managing all communications and inquiries.
    • Schedule & Travel Management
    • Orchestrate complex calendar management with strategic prioritization of commitments
    • Coordinate wide-ranging domestic and international travel arrangements
    • Plan and execute high-level meetings, including agenda development, logistics, virtual setup, and hospitality arrangements
    • Business Operations & Communication
    • Prepare and manage executive briefings for presentations to the Executive team, Board, and customers
    • Collaborate with business unit leaders and corporate stakeholders to develop and refine presentation content and messaging
    • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion
    • Manage expense reporting and assist with departmental budget oversight, adhering to all company policies
    • Maintain and update executive SharePoint platforms and team documentation

    • Comprehensive understanding of business operations, strategic planning, and the IT hosting industry landscape
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 suite, with emphasis on:
    • Outlook (calendar and email management)

    • Word (document preparation)

Qualifications and Requirements

    • Experience & Education
    • 5-10 years of executive assistance experience, with C-Suite support strongly preferred
    • High school diploma required; advanced education preferred
    • Additional Requirements
    • Flexibility to work occasional weekends and holidays in support of 24/7 operations
    • Limited travel required (less than 10%)
    • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise discretion
    • Experience managing sensitive communications and relationships
