• BS degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience

• Fluent spoken and written English

• Strong attention to detail

Required Skills
• 5+ years of experience as an Android developer (Kotlin is an advantage)

• 2+ years of experience in team leadership, task management, dev planning & estimates

• Extensive knowledge of Android and the ecosystem around it

• Ability to manage and mentor a small team of mobile developers

• Being able to track the performance of the entire team

• Ability to hold productive and time efficient team meetings

• Ability to turn requirements into actionable tasks

• Ability to write and oversee clean, testable, and well-documented code

• Deep knowledge of source control tools, especially GIT

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Java

• Experience in automated testing and tools

• Experience working with iOS
