ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst who is highly analytical, strategic, and collaborative to join our Advertising & Rewards team. In this role, you will partner with Operations, Product, Engineering, and key business stakeholders to use data-driven insights that guide the development and optimization of Xsolla’s B2C apps and websites. You will also oversee the creation and execution of multivariate A/B tests, analytics frameworks, and dashboards or reports, delivering recommendations that influence our product roadmap and boost overall performance. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑moving, team‑oriented, and dynamic environment and is eager to drive data‑informed decisions that shape how we engage and reward players at scale.

Strong analytical and statistical abilities are required, along with hands-on experience in quantitative analysis for games or other consumer-focused applications. Responsibilities
• Lead data analysis for Xsolla’s new B2C apps and websites, producing insights that enhance user engagement and reward systems.
• Perform descriptive, diagnostic, and prescriptive analytics, including funnel analysis, user cohort studies, and behavioral modeling, to improve user experience and support growth.
• Define product KPIs and create automated dashboards, reports, and models that enable faster, smarter decisions across the organization.
• Design, manage, and assess multivariate product experiments to drive growth, refine existing features, and explore new opportunities.
• Apply advanced analytics, including machine learning, to reveal player behavior patterns, forecast economic trends, and guide monetization strategies, ensuring results remain clear and actionable.
• Work closely with data, product, engineering, and business teams to develop forecasts and business cases for new product features.

Qualifications & Skills – Required
• BA/BS in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or another quantitative discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis, ideally within gaming or consumer applications.
• Expertise in SQL with the ability to work with large, complex datasets.
• Strong experience with Statsig or similar A/B testing tools.
• Strong proficiency with Looker, Tableau, or other BI and data visualization platforms.
• Strong proficiency with Mixpanel, Amplitude, or similar product analytics tools.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth, startup-like environment.

Nice to Have
• Experience using machine learning or predictive modeling in product applications.
• Background in advertising, offerwall analytics, or performance marketing.
• Knowledge of user acquisition and monetization metrics in mobile or free‑to‑play games.

Salary Range
$125,000 – $180,000 per year
