At Livefront, we collaborate with companies to design and build exceptional digital products that capture attention and create meaningful user experiences. We’ve partnered with major brands like Target, Samsung, General Mills, and Optum to develop products used by millions, and we’ve helped startups such as HomeSpotter and Credly launch innovative, industry‑shaping solutions.

We’re looking for an outstanding QA Analyst to join our team.

Who you are
You’re a curious, proactive quality engineer who understands what users expect from refined, intuitive digital products. You’re skilled in both manual and automated testing and have a sharp eye for detail. You naturally identify issues and take pride in finding, isolating, and helping resolve them. You exercise strong judgment, assess impact effectively, and confidently guide teammates and stakeholders using test results, acceptance criteria, and risk insights. You care deeply about the user experience and aim to make it seamless. Above all, you’re a self‑starter who thrives with autonomy.

What you will be doing
• Collaborate with developers, designers, and product managers to fully understand requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create comprehensive test plans and test cases for web and mobile products, choosing the right balance of manual and automated testing.
• Perform ongoing manual and automated tests that assess functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility, and document results clearly.
• Produce detailed, actionable bug reports outlining steps to reproduce and the potential impact.
• Contribute to the release process through consistent regression testing to maintain product reliability.
• Stay up to date with modern testing tools and techniques and help strengthen the QA practice at Livefront.
• Advocate for user‑centered design by ensuring the user experience is thoroughly validated and meets high expectations.
• Conduct accessibility testing aligned with WCAG and internal standards to support inclusive product design.

Why you should apply
• You want to work with talented, passionate teammates who are always striving to improve.
• You value a culture grounded in trust, respect, and collaboration without ego.
• You enjoy working with colleagues who take their craft seriously but also know how to have fun.
• You want to join a respected team that invests in the community through mentorship and education.
• You’re excited to work on products and accounts with significant scale and influence.
• You care about craftsmanship, quality, and going above and beyond.

What you bring
• 3–5 years of relevant QA experience, ideally in consulting or on a cross‑functional product team.
• Experience creating and executing testing strategies for consumer web and mobile applications, using both manual and automated approaches.
• Strong instincts for spotting defects and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
• Strong familiarity with modern development processes, tools, and workflows.
• Hands‑on experience building and maintaining automated test suites for mobile apps using Appium, Espresso, or XCUITest, or for web apps using Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience with HTTP debugging proxy tools such as Charles Proxy or Proxyman.
• Proven accessibility testing experience and strong knowledge of WCAG.
• Understanding of current testing tools, techniques, and best practices.
• A commitment to creating high‑quality user experiences and practicing user‑centered design.
• Excellent communication skills and a consultative mindset.
• Strong organization and self‑discipline.
• A drive to continually grow both personally and professionally.
• A genuine enthusiasm for the craft of software testing and development.

Bonus points if you
• Have programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Python, Swift, Kotlin, or C#.
• Have experience automating API tests using tools like Postman.
• Have worked with WebdriverIO.
• Have tested AI‑powered applications or designed testing strategies for products with non‑deterministic behavior.
• Understand CI/CD pipelines and have integrated automated tests into them.
• Write, speak, or teach publicly about technology or testing.
