- Onboard customers on our product across the entire user journey using live chat and email.
- Create educational video and written content (product tours, videos, documentation, and FAQs).
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues (with support from the engineering team and our internal tools).
- Serve as a “feature champion,” sharing customer needs with the product and engineering teams.
- Respond to customer questions via live chat and Zoom calls (phone support may be added soon).
What does the schedule look like?
For this role, we’ll be supporting customers across US time zones (PST/CDT/MDT/EST). The ideal candidate can work evenings, with an initial shift starting at 12pm EST / 9am PST.
You must also be available to work every weekend day for a full shift on both days. Candidates should be comfortable working each weekend and working three additional days during the week.
You will have two consecutive days off, to be decided by the successful candidate.
Requirements
We’re hiring someone in the North American time zone (for example, anywhere in the USA). We can’t consider candidates outside North America.

- You care about the impact your work has on your team and the company.
- 2–3 years of hands-on experience in B2B (or B2C) SaaS.
- Strong attention to detail and a drive for continuous improvement.
- A big plus if you’re an Airbnb host or have worked in the short-term rental space.
