QUALIFICATIONS
This is a tech role that welcomes people from the humanities and focuses more on your actual abilities than your past experience. It’s a rare opportunity well suited for sophomores, recent graduates, career changers, and anyone seeking an engaging remote position.
You’re someone who naturally produces strong written content.
You also have the metacognitive skill to explain your reasoning, along with a strong interest in linguistics.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Remote AI Content Evaluator, you’ll collaborate with a team of trainers and follow guidelines created by top AI researchers to help teach the AI how to read, write, summarize information, and understand meaning.
Your role is to train, assess, and test the AI’s conversational abilities so it can perform its function effectively.
Most of your time will be spent creating examples of ideal conversations, playing both the User and the AI to provide learning material, gathering sources to help it understand humanity’s written knowledge, and helping it distinguish fact from context and behavioral patterns.
For instance, you’ll evaluate not only whether the AI’s facts are correct but also whether it interprets them accurately.
As the project advances, you’ll also work on intentionally trying to make the AI fail so you can improve how it recovers from errors.
This work is essential for the AI’s safety, reliability, and effectiveness.
You’ll record any failures and may suggest improvements to the training processes for both our team and our client.
Benefits
Pay starts at $22.50 per hour and is issued on Mondays.
