We’re seeking a forward-thinking Learning & Development Specialist (Instructional Designer) who is passionate about creating personalized, technology-enabled learning experiences that equip our Customer and Creator Support advisors to navigate complex conversations and troubleshooting. This role combines learning design, technology, and operations to shape how our advisors develop, grow, and perform in an increasingly AI-driven environment.

You will design learning experiences that support advisors throughout their entire journey—from onboarding and ongoing development to skill mastery and performance support—while helping us evolve into a scalable, data-informed, and human-centered Learning Operations function.

What You’ll Do
Learning Design & Innovation
• Create tailored, data-informed learning experiences aligned with advisor performance metrics, using the Advisor Skills Matrix to deliver targeted development at scale.
• Design AI-enhanced, simulation-based learning and bot-led training that reflect real customer interactions and build advisor confidence in complex, judgment-based situations.
• Integrate advisor assist technologies into learning programs, enabling advisors to master new tools and workflows for faster, more accurate customer support.
• Produce content in multiple formats—micro-learning, video, gamified activities, and just-in-time modules—to ensure learning remains engaging and adaptable.
• Use generative AI and new technologies to streamline content creation, personalize learning, and scale high-quality training.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration
• Work with global training teams, operations, and partners to embed learning throughout the advisor lifecycle, from onboarding to ongoing skill development.
• Support the adoption of the Advisor Skills Matrix and learning-performance dashboards within coaching frameworks so data guides learning priorities.
• Collaborate with site trainers to strengthen strategic thinking, simulation facilitation, critical thinking coaching, and human-AI collaboration.
• Help develop new skill pathways that prepare advisors for specialized, high-touch roles.
• Contribute to building an integrated learning ecosystem that connects content, data, and coaching tools for a seamless, personalized learning experience.

Continuous Development
• Conduct ongoing needs assessments to identify skill gaps, new training needs, and opportunities to align learning with operational goals.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and performance data to refine content and ensure training drives measurable performance improvements.
• Support the creation and improvement of learning analytics dashboards that link training to business impact.

Who You Are
• You have 3+ years of experience designing effective blended learning across ILT, eLearning, and other engaging formats.
• You are tech-forward and enthusiastic about using AI and emerging technologies to build dynamic learning solutions and boost efficiency.
• You balance creativity and storytelling with data and insights to develop impactful learning.
• You thrive in cross-functional settings and can align learning design with business and operational needs.
• You are curious, adaptable, and energized by change, continuously seeking better ways for people to learn.
• You are proficient with tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate, LMS platforms, and editing tools like Camtasia or Audacity.

Where You’ll Be
• This role is based in New York.
• You can work where you work best; while some in-person meetings are required, there is flexibility to work from home.

The U.S. base range for this role is $68,258–97,511 plus equity. Benefits include health insurance, six months of paid parental leave, a 401(k) plan, 23 paid days off, 13 flexible paid holidays, and paid sick leave. This range covers multiple levels; placement will depend on experience and interview performance.
