About the Role
We’re looking for a Travel Booking Agent with a strong eye for detail and a passion for customer service to join our fast-growing remote travel team. In this role, you’ll help clients plan and book their trips by providing excellent support, from the first inquiry to the end of their journey.
This 100% remote position is perfect for people who enjoy helping others, staying highly organized, and thriving in a flexible telework environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel bookings, including cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and vacations
- Research destinations, pricing, and travel options to meet each client’s needs
- Handle reservation requests, confirmations, and itinerary updates
- Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and online platforms
- Maintain accurate client records and booking information
- Share travel requirements, policies, and important documents
- Build long-term relationships with clients through exceptional service and follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to quickly learn booking systems
- A keen eye for detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- An interest in travel and a genuine desire to help people organize their experiences
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel, hospitality, booking, or customer service
- Sales experience or experience working directly with clients
- Knowledge of online booking tools or CRM systems
