About the Role
We’re looking for a meticulous, customer-focused Travel Booking Agent to join our growing remote travel team. In this role, you’ll help clients plan and book travel experiences, delivering excellent customer service from their first inquiry through the end of their trip.
This 100% remote position is ideal for people who enjoy helping others, are highly organized, and thrive in a flexible work environment from home.
What You’ll Do
- Assist clients with travel reservations, including cruises, hotels, resorts, tours, and vacation packages
- Research destinations, pricing, and travel options to meet clients’ needs
- Manage booking requests, confirmations, and itinerary updates
- Provide professional customer support by phone, email, and online
- Maintain accurate client records and reservation details
- Share travel requirements, policies, and relevant documentation
- Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Excellent organization and time management
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Basic computer knowledge and the ability to learn booking systems quickly
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving approach
- A genuine interest in travel and a strong desire to help people plan
Preferred
- Experience in travel, hospitality, bookings, or customer service
- Sales experience or experience working directly with clients
- Knowledge of online booking tools or CRM systems
