About the Role
We’re looking for a well-organized, tech-savvy administrative assistant to provide flexible, remote support to WHCO, a professional classical music ensemble made up of exceptional musicians who regularly perform at major venues across the country and internationally. This part-time position is ideal for someone seeking meaningful work that can fit around other commitments—such as parents, freelancers, or anyone who wants flexible hours.
What You’ll Do
- Set up and maintain the CRM database and QuickBooks
- Improve and streamline technology workflows using tools like Zapier and Mailchimp
- Write and proofread press releases and letters to politicians
- Handle email communication and other administrative tasks
- Provide ongoing system upkeep and support
What We’re Looking For
- Strong experience with QuickBooks and CRM systems
- Comfort with automation tools (Zapier, Mailchimp, etc.)
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- A self-starter who works well independently
- Spanish fluency is a bonus
Details
- Hours: 5–10 hours per month (flexible schedule)
- Location: Fully remote—work from anywhere
- Compensation: $20–$30 per hour, depending on experience
