Role Overview:
As the HR Administrative Assistant at Ovalware, you play a key role in building a growing team that reflects our core values and mission. Working closely with our co-founder, you will support all aspects of recruitment, onboarding, and training. This dynamic role allows you to help identify the right talent to strengthen both our team and our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Hiring and Talent Acquisition:
– Collaborate with the leadership team to establish our future hiring framework and determine the most suitable candidates for each position.
– Find and attract top talent that aligns with our company’s values and long-term vision.
2. Onboarding and Training:
– Create a smooth and effective onboarding experience that helps new hires quickly adapt to our culture and workflow.
– Provide ongoing training to ensure team members have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
3. Administrative Support:
– Oversee daily administrative tasks, including maintaining to-do lists and issue trackers.
– Organize and lead weekly team meetings to support clear communication and feedback.
4. Technical Support:
– Serve as the main contact for technical assistance related to our e-commerce tools and applications (no coding required).
5. Process Optimization:
– Improve and refine recruitment, onboarding, and training processes for greater efficiency and effectiveness.
– Organize and manage current and future administrative SOPs.
– Act as the central coordinator for all company-wide SOPs.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience in e-commerce talent acquisition, including hiring for remote full-time roles and contractors.
– Strong understanding of strategic HR practices, especially in hiring, onboarding, and training.
– Excellent organizational skills and a detail-oriented mindset.
– Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
– Ability to thrive in a fully remote environment with effective time management.
