We are looking for:
A Deployment and Activation Coordinator to join our Software Deployment Team. Key to this role will be working closely with project and team leads to ensure the successful and timely deployment of our software. This role offers the opportunity to grow and nurture a key strategic account and directly contribute to Willow’s long-term growth strategy.
Our ideal candidate is a self-starter with a demonstrated record of successfully coordinating complex, cross-functional projects to achieve desired outcomes. Previous experience in working across subject matter areas where you may/may not be an expert will also be key to success. Standout candidates will have a proven ability to understand and explain complex technical content to enable internal and external teams to arrive at appropriate decisions.
Great management and people skills are at the heart of this global organization and this role will require the ability to build cross-functional teams to support deployment efforts, forge strong client and partner relationships, and manage internal and external stakeholder expectations.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Work directly on live Digital Twin deployment projects as a Junior Deployment and ActivationCoordinator.
- Use industry knowledge and understanding of building systems to support the collation, review and processing of multiple disparate datasets to build Digital Twins to deliver customer value through Willow’s product capabilities and Activate Technology.
- Assist with evaluating and scoping integrations.
- Assist with the deployment of robust and reliable integrations alongside both internal and external teams.
- Assist with integration site readiness activities. This requires skilled liaison with clients, their FMs, building system contractors and 3rd party vendors to ensure sites and data sources are prepared and available for integration. Report to the Manager of Software and Integrations and will work closely with the appropriate Account Manager.
- Support coordination internally and externally as required to develop efficient solutions to achieve common goals in conjunction with respective project team.
- Develop strong internal and external stakeholder relationships and exercise lateral relationships to facilitate action and gain buy-in.
- Ensure respective Manager of Deployment and Integrations is informed on progress, issues, risks and blockers on a daily basis to enable accurate deliverable management.
- Engage with Willow’s Product and Engineering team to improve product capabilities and roadmap.
- Able to multi-task and effectively prioritize workload independently.
- Adaptable and open to new ideas or ways to present solutions and approach problems for continuous improvement.
- Contribute to deployment documentation to capture improved processes, lessons learned and how-to g uidance.
Skills & Experience Required:
- 0 – 2 years of related experience in project/program coordination, ideally in a SaaS or technology-enabled services business.
- Demonstrable technical problem-solving expertise in implementing technology.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Energy, Electrical), Computer Science/ Software Engineering or other related AEC discipline.
- Experience in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering Consulting or Building Automation Systems valued.
- Experience with automated Fault Detection & Diagnostics, Continuous Commissioning, Measurement & Verification valued.
- Familiar in a variety of project management tools and processes (experience working in both Waterfall and Agile or a hybrid combination valued).
- An understanding of typical building technology systems such as HVAC controls, Building Management Systems (BMS), lighting controls, energy metering networks, IT/OT/IoT Devices and networks, access controls and security technologies.
- Understanding of proprietry and specialist system protocols associated with the above.
- Understading around API based integrations.
- Building services electrical and mechanical engineering background, specifically control and monitoring within the built environment valued.
- Experience with Building Information Management (BIM) and Enterprise Asset Management systems.
- The combination of a strong problem-solving mindset with a passion for life-long learning to effectively drive clarity from ambiguity.
