Known for her warmth and enthusiasm, she creates effective hiring strategies and cultivates a positive team culture.

About you:
• Experience: At least 4 years of experience recruiting tech profiles, either in-house or in an agency.
• Organisation: You’re hands-on, able to multitask, and can quickly adapt to established hiring processes.
• Problem-solving: You tackle challenges proactively and see obstacles as opportunities for creativity.
• Communication: You communicate clearly and convincingly, representing Qonto to potential hires.
• Technical awareness: You have a strong interest in and solid understanding of the tech field.
• Language: You are fluent in English; French, German, Spanish, or Italian is a plus.

At Qonto, diversity goes beyond checkboxes. Apply even if you don’t meet every criterion—you might be exactly who we’re looking for.
