We are a young company and the description and role below will require a hands on person to implement systems and be involved in all the day to day operations. This is not a management position where you will be managing current systems you will need to create many new systems and improve upon the existing ones we have in place. The daily tasks will include accounting, cash flow and inventory management. General day-to-day accounting including but not limited to: maintaining accounts payable, accounts receivable and tracking royalty costs and payments on various finished goods. Cash flow management will include forecasting cash flows to optimize inventory bulk purchases along with debt repayment and capital purchases. The inventory management includes ordering plastic resins, ordering components for building finished goods, managing finished goods inventory and forecasting components needed from China while incorporating production lead times, shipping times/delays and US manufacturing build schedules. We require weekly inventory summaries and a monthly PandL statement. We are looking for someone with with a strong accounting background and experience in inventory management to join our company to streamline systems that will improve the management of our accounting, cash flow, and our inventory practices.
Responsibilities -Oversee and lead annual budgeting and planning process -Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting -Manage invoicing, purchase orders, accounts receivable and accounts payable -Manage inventory and supply chain management -Responsible for influencing company direction, growth, strategic planning, product development and financial forecasting -Analyze and present financial reports in an accurate and timely manner; clearly communicate weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements -Update and implement all necessary business policies and accounting practices -Communicate and present financial matters to Senior Management
