We are looking for a motivated, self-starter Senior Accountant to join our Finance, Data & Analytics team. A bit about us

We build shipping that is good for the world and help small businesses thrive by making parcel delivery simple, reliable and affordable and doing that by harnessing major courier networks to create a delivery service that levels the playing field for small businesses.
We have made huge strides towards our goal of becoming the largest SMB eCommerce courier in the World, moving from a single country operation in Australia to a successful launch and operation in the US.We also launched major partnerships with eBay and Shopify. A bit about the role
You will control monthly and year-end close including account reconciliations/accruals
Assist Accounting Manager with consolidation of entities
Own customer invoicing and cash receipt/reconciliation
Manage AP process including recording of invoices and preparation of wire/ACH payments
Develop, implement, and streamline new processes for all areas of accounting and operations, as needed
Assist in hiring of additional team members to help scale operations of the company
Participate in our annual audit and applicable US and international government reporting requirements
Let’s talk about you
You have 3 years of accounting experience
Degree in Accounting
Ability to organize and manage tasks in compliance with company policies and operating procedures
Drive to learn and develop in a growing team
Experience with revenue recognition and recording a plus
You are comfortable working independently and collaborating using remote tools
