WHAT YOU’LL DO You provide counsel and support on a variety of legal and tax issues relating to Dream Team Hub’s legal entity, financing, human resources, and operations. You think globally, research and execute.

In more detail… ● You advise and assist on our (offshore) company setup including international taxation, liabilities, IP protection, issuing stock and an option plan. You will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring of compliance with taxation laws, securities laws and other applicable laws. ● You advise and assist on angel or other equity financings. ● You prepare the partnership and employment policies and documentation. ● You review and advise on the Terms of Use, Guidelines, Privacy Policy, etc. ● You draft contracts, documents and correspondence relating to the above. ● You spot and advise on legal implications of business plans and activities.

WHAT YOU BRING ● Degree in Law, Finance, Accounting or other business related field ● Expertise in the majority of the following legal areas: corporation, commercial and securities law, contract law, international taxation, and employment law ● Desired familiarities include, for example, stock and option issues, equity financing, and individual income tax issues including foreign income issues ● Strong analytical and research skills ● Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points ● Startup experience ● Experience in offshore structures, especially setting up a Singapore company ● Negotiation skills
