Why This Role Exists: The Upside team is looking for Senior and Lead DevOps engineers to work on our ground breaking Upside blockchain and DAO infrastructure. This includes the development of DAOs, NFTs, tokens, and wallet infrastructure across many blockchains like Ethereum, Solana, Avalanche, Polygon and Algorand.

Skills + Requirements:

You have 3+ years of DevOps/SRE experience
You have experience maintaining production applications written on Ruby on Rails & Node.js
You have experience managing blockchain nodes (e.g. Ethereum) and integrating with node hosting services (e.g. Infura, Figment, Purestake and Alchemy)
You have experience with logging and monitoring tools
You have experience with CloudFlare
You have experience administering AWS and Heroku Applications
You have prior experience with CI/CD and related tools (e.g. GitHub actions)
You have a strong grasp of deployment automation and configuration management
You are skilled at clearly articulating designs while being receptive to constructive criticism
You have excitement about the possibilities of crypto and blockchains

Responsibilities:

Manage server infrastructure on Heroku, AWS and other cloud infrastructure
Manage the deployment of smart contracts, Ruby on Rails and Node.js services, and network node connectivity for Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Avalanche and other blockchains.
Develop monitoring and alerting systems
Improve service reliability
