Job Description:
As an AI Training Specialist (Data Annotation), you will help train and enhance artificial intelligence systems. Your work will assist AI models in learning to recognize text, images, and other types of data more accurately.

Key responsibilities include:
– Annotating and organizing data according to detailed project guidelines (e.g., text, images, or short videos)
– Checking and validating data to ensure it is accurate, consistent, and complete
– Spotting and reporting any mistakes, inconsistencies, or unclear information
– Following annotation instructions to produce high-quality results
– Meeting productivity and accuracy goals while respecting project deadlines
– Protecting confidential information and following all data security requirements

Requirements:
We’re seeking detail-focused individuals who can work independently and enjoy organized, precision-driven tasks. The ideal candidate:
– Resides in the United States (this is a fully remote position)
– Has strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
– Has reliable internet access and a computer
– Can maintain focus for long periods and follow written instructions
– Can communicate clearly in English in writing
– Prior experience with data annotation, labeling, or transcription is preferred, but not required
