**What you’ll be doing**

As an Executive Assistant, you’ll serve as the CEO’s right-hand person. You’ll be involved across all areas of the startup and support day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for someone who wants to learn about entrepreneurship and leadership beyond a traditional assistant position.

– Manage the CEO’s inbox, drafting and responding to emails
– Handle complex scheduling, including meetings, conferences, and travel
– Design, build, and continuously improve hiring processes, onboarding, and organizational planning to enable scalable growth
– Draft internal and external communications
– Conduct research, analysis, and reporting, including forecasts
– Manage travel arrangements and expenses
– Coordinate events such as team meetings, conferences, and webinars
– Maintain a high level of discretion when working with confidential information
– Assist with payroll, accounting, and reporting
– Support personal assistant tasks

**Requirements**

– 1+ years of experience working online/remotely
– 1+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting a remote startup
– An internet connection of at least 10 Mbps
– Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
– Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during client-friendly hours, often evenings in PH time
– Familiarity with Google Suite (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms, Slides) and productivity/project management tools
– A charismatic, “can-do” attitude
