We are currently looking for skilled Customer Support Representatives to join us remotely.
**Monthly salary range:** €1,400–€2,000 gross, plus performance bonuses, depending on experience and results.
**Work schedule:** 4 days on, 4 days off.
**Available fixed shifts (Cyprus time):** 10:00–22:00 or 22:00–10:00.
### Job Duties and Responsibilities
– Support customers via live chat and email
– Provide fast, helpful, and empathetic assistance
– Identify, assess, and resolve customer questions and concerns
– Stay informed about products, features, and promotions
– Record and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments
– Perform initial troubleshooting for customer requests
### Qualifications and Experience
– Excellent written and spoken English
– Strong communication and teamwork skills
– Solid computer knowledge and quick typing
– Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment
– Minimum 2 years of online customer support experience required
