Patient Registration & Intake
– Professionally greet patients and caregivers via phone, email, and virtual platforms
– Collect accurate patient demographic information, medical history, and contact details
– Prepare and process patient admission and discharge documentation
– Enter patient information into Electronic Health Records (EHR) and practice management systems
– Maintain complete and accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
– Verify patient identity and update existing profiles as needed
Insurance Verification & Authorization
– Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for services before appointments
– Obtain pre-authorizations and referrals as required by insurance plans
– Communicate patient financial responsibilities, including copays, deductibles, and coinsurance
– Process insurance information and ensure accurate billing documentation
– Coordinate with insurance providers to resolve coverage questions and discrepancies
– Stay current on different insurance plans, policies, and procedures
Appointment Scheduling & Coordination
– Schedule appointments based on provider availability and patient needs
– Send appointment reminders and confirmations via phone, email, or SMS
– Reschedule or cancel appointments upon request while maintaining optimal provider schedules
– Coordinate with clinical staff to support smooth patient flow and reduce wait times
– Manage waitlists and efficiently fill appointment cancellations
Pay: PHP 20,000.00 – PHP 35,000.00 per month
