We’re looking to add a Representative to our Customer Service Live Chat Team. This person will provide excellent service by responding to customer inquiries via chat (LivePerson).

Role Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
This is a remote position available in select states across the United States. We can currently hire only candidates located in: Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, Washington, and Wisconsin.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. EST / 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PST
Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer service and product support questions through the LivePerson platform
– Handle a minimum of 3 chats and a maximum of 4 chats at the same time
– Work efficiently to keep wait times for pending customers to a minimum
– Stay current on trainings and departmental functions
– Perform other duties as requested by the Live Chat Team Lead
Requirements:
– Excellent written and verbal communication skills
– Strong follow-through and multitasking abilities
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
– Strong knowledge of SH products, replacement parts, and brands
Preferred Background and Experience:
– SupplyHouse Customer Service experience, including formal phone training
– A foundational understanding of SupplyHouse Customer Service policies, processes, and resources
