Morgan & Morgan is seeking a licensed attorney who resides anywhere in Alaska to support E-Discovery and document review for mass tort and class action matters. The E-Discovery attorney will help with discovery activities, primarily conducting document review on hosted platforms. Occasionally, they may also handle additional tasks such as deposition preparation, trial support, and drafting motions.

**Responsibilities**
– Conduct substantive document review, typically using platforms such as Relativity, DISCO, and similar tools
– Review and code documents for responsiveness, relevance, confidentiality, related issues, and privilege
– Assist with creating privilege and redaction logs, as well as addressing privilege challenges
– Participate in special projects and other assigned duties

**Qualifications**
– Juris Doctor degree from a fully accredited law school
– Active member in good standing with the Alaska State Bar Association
– Minimum of 1+ years of experience in personal injury
– Prior E-Discovery and/or document review experience preferred
