Customer Service Agent – Hotel Reservations (Remote)
Role Overview:
In this position, you’ll help customers book, update, and manage hotel reservations while providing outstanding customer service—all from your home office.
Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers with choosing and booking hotel accommodations
– Share details on amenities, pricing, and availability
– Process reservation changes and maintain accurate, current records
– Communicate professionally by phone, email, and messaging
Qualifications:
– Excellent communication skills with a friendly, customer-first attitude
– Professional demeanor, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently
– Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
– Customer service or hospitality experience is a plus
