Customer Service Agent – Hotel Reservations (Remote)

About the role:
Help customers book, modify, and manage hotel reservations while delivering excellent customer service from your home office.

Key responsibilities:
– Assist customers in choosing and booking hotel accommodations
– Provide information on amenities, pricing, and availability
– Process reservation changes and maintain detailed, accurate records
– Communicate professionally via phone, email, and messaging

Qualifications:
– Strong communication and hospitality skills
– Professional, detail-oriented, and able to work independently
– Basic computer skills and a reliable internet connection
– Prior experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
