Our partner is working with major AI labs to bring on accomplished creative writers—playwrights, novelists, and short‑story authors—for advanced AI training initiatives. Participants will use their literary expertise to help AI systems produce rich, nuanced, and high‑quality narrative writing. The work focuses on strong storytelling, stylistic accuracy, and editorial insight grounded in professional, published, or award‑winning experience. This is a project-based role with flexible involvement.
Key Responsibilities
• Review and polish AI-generated material across plays, novels, and short fiction
• Assess outputs for literary merit, structure, tone, and thematic depth
• Provide detailed editorial guidance to enhance clarity, cohesion, and originality
Ideal Qualifications
• More than 10 years of creative writing experience in playwriting, novels, and/or short stories
• A significant portfolio of published work, such as novels, staged plays, or multiple short stories in reputable venues
• Writing featured in respected literary journals, anthologies, publications, or professional theater productions
• Recipient of notable literary awards, fellowships, or similar recognition in any of these fields
• Outstanding mastery of narrative craft, including structure, voice, dialogue, and character development across formats
• Strong ability to critique and improve written work with attention to style, coherence, and thematic resonance
