The Fulfillment Associate Starter performs all tasks assigned to Fulfillment Associates while also setting the pace for the production line.

Position responsibilities include:
• Selecting the correct items for cooler boxes, scanning them properly, and packing them to complete your part of the customer’s order
• Following strict safety, quality, and production guidelines
• Paying close attention to detail, such as reading labels and choosing the right products
• Making sure each order has the proper box, bag, and inserts
• Meeting accuracy and productivity expectations
• Consistently producing quality work
• Moving products between locations while following food safety and sanitation rules
• Assisting with general cleaning tasks
• Working in a large indoor warehouse kept between 34–40 degrees (gloves provided)

Required skills and experience:
• Must be 18 years or older
• Able to stand or walk for 8–10 hours
• Capable of lifting or moving up to 50 pounds occasionally
• Able to work shifts that may include weekends, holidays, and overtime
• Strong customer service mindset
• Team-oriented with good communication skills
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Basic reading ability

Preferred skills and experience:
• High school diploma or GED
• Prior experience in warehouse distribution or a similar environment

Physical requirements:
• Frequent use of hands for handling, operating tools or controls, and reaching
• Frequent standing, talking, and listening
• Occasional walking, stooping, kneeling, or crouching
• Occasional lifting or moving up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use close, distance, peripheral, and depth vision, and adjust focus
• Ability to perform repetitive movements
• Ability to work in varying temperatures (hot or cold)
