We are looking for skillful Backend Developers to join one of our teams working with US clients – referrals from the high-end American IT market.

Salary: PLN 6.000 – 10.000 + VAT (B2B); PLN 6.000 – 8.300 brutto (UZL)

Your future tasks and duties:
- Writing personal-best possible JS/TS code with OOP flavour
- Technical involvement in the product – finding ways to improve it
- Writing documentation for delivered code
- Peer code review
- Reuse and improve the company knowledge base
- Communicate with the team to efficiently translate business complexity (user stories/tasks) into solutions (end results/estimations)

About you – Tech skills & Experience:
- At least 6-12 months of commercial experience with Nodejs
- Understand basic JS concepts (ES 2018+), use Classes, and follow recent additions/functionalities
- Basic experience with at least one Nodejs backend framework (e.g. Express.js, NestJS, Fastify, etc) – know basic APIs/features, worked on at least 1 project involving such technologies, would be great to have commercial experience in it
- Know what OOP is, understand basic good practices and data structures, want to have a SOLID and DRY code with the use of design patterns
- Have worked with SQL database (integration wise) with ORM or query builder tool (ie. Prisma, Knex)
- Know how to use AI, but understands the consequences of its use and can independently write code without its support
