We are currently hiring for both products.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive WordPress knowledge and experience diagnosing and resolving complex plugin and theme issues.
This is a remote, full-time, permanent role offering $18 to $22 per hour for Technical Support Agents and $22 to $25 per hour for Senior Technical Support Agents.
As a WordPress Technician, you would:
• Deliver outstanding customer support across multiple channels to help users succeed with our products
• Investigate and resolve complex technical issues
• Contribute to product enhancements by reporting bugs and sharing feedback
• Create clear, helpful documentation for both internal teams and end users
• Stay informed about relevant technologies and internal updates to anticipate customer needs
Senior Technical Support Agents will also:
• Provide mentoring and job shadowing opportunities
• Lead subject-specific training sessions
• Act as an escalation point for teammates
• Collaborate with developers to diagnose advanced technical problems
Qualifications:
• At least 2 years of experience working with WordPress and a strong understanding of the platform
• At least 2 years in an IT support role
• Knowledge of key web concepts like SEO, caching, HTTPS, APIs, and use of browser consoles and debugging tools
• Strong understanding of HTML and CSS, basic experience with JavaScript and PHP, and a willingness to quickly learn for troubleshooting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
• Ability to serve as a liaison between users and the development team
Senior Technical Support Agents will also have:
• Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and diagnose issues in PHP, HTML, and CSS
• Solid understanding of WP-CLI
• Advanced troubleshooting skills, including handling integrations with third‑party platforms
