Minted is looking for a proactive, data-driven Supply Chain Specialist to join its rapidly growing Wholesale Supply Chain team. This person will analyze operational data to deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders, manage wholesale inventory purchases and allocations, and coordinate with third-party partners to execute in-store merchandising strategies.

You will be responsible for the in-store merchandising operations of our greeting card programs and inventory. You will plan and oversee in-store execution for both seasonal and core (mainstay) card programs, ensuring each location reflects Minted’s commitment to quality.

You will:
– Plan and execute in-store operations for seasonal and mainstay card programs to ensure quality and consistency
– Partner with third-party merchandisers to ensure flawless weekly store upkeep, including installing branded signage and prioritizing replenishment needs
– Coordinate with third-party partners to open new stores, manage remodels, and oversee store closures
– Support the launch and execution of new wholesale programs by managing in-store execution and ensuring accountability
– Summarize weekly in-store operation metrics and present them clearly to key stakeholder teams to highlight efficiency and operational impact
– Create and maintain accurate, scalable, and refreshable reporting for performance metrics across the Wholesale Greeting Card supply chain
– Track data related to third-party merchandisers to ensure compliance for both everyday and seasonal programs
– Provide important store-level updates for seasonal card programs
– Work with Inventory Specialists to address store-specific inventory needs and allocations
– Oversee and maintain records of store footprints and card fixtures
– Provide analytical support for cost negotiations with wholesale partners

You are:
– Proactive and focused on results, able to learn quickly and prioritize effectively
– Experienced in demand planning and inventory management
– Detail-oriented and process-focused, with strong organizational skills
– Analytical, able to use large data sets to generate actionable insights
– A creative problem solver who is passionate about product quality and operational excellence

You have:
– A bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
– 1–3 years of experience in operations or supply chain (academic experience will be considered)
– Strong communication skills to work effectively with internal teams and external partners

Compensation:
The pay range applies to employment offers from Minted and spans from the minimum to the midpoint to support continued salary growth during employment. The top half of the range reflects that growth and supports Minted’s goal of building long-term relationships with employees. Final compensation depends on the candidate’s primary work location (residence within 60 miles of a metropolitan area), using four geographic tiers:
– Geo 2 (Boston, MA; Washington, DC; Chicago, IL; Seattle, WA; Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Portland, OR): $58,098–$76,253
– Geo 3 (all other U.S. metro locations): $53,313–$69,974
Salaries vary based on factors including professional and academic experience, role responsibilities, and other business or organizational needs.
