**The Role**
As a Website Optimization Specialist, you will help maintain and improve website performance, enhance search engine visibility, and increase user engagement. You’ll work closely with the Sr. Manager of Website Marketing to support targeted testing and personalization strategies, track and analyze website metrics, and play a key role in performance improvements for conversion rate optimization.

**What You Will Do**
– Coordinate the publishing of website content and resources while meeting current SEO standards
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, design, revenue operations, business development, and sales) to implement website improvements
– Analyze website data and metrics to find opportunities for optimization
– Assist with website and content migration projects
– Run A/B tests and evaluate results to improve website performance
– Monitor website traffic and user behavior to identify areas for improvement
– Perform quality assurance testing to ensure website updates work as intended
– Continuously monitor and optimize page load times for best-in-class performance
– Support other web optimization tasks as assigned

**What You Need to Succeed**
– 1–3 years of experience in website management, A/B testing, or a related field
– Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, and analytics tools
– Strong understanding of HTML
– Familiarity with WordPress and its core features, or a similar CMS
– Experience with website optimization techniques and best practices
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
– Ability to work independently and in a team
– Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once

**Compensation**
The salary range for this position is $57,000–$86,000. You may also be eligible for a discretionary bonus. Your final compensation within the range will depend on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

**Location**
This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote role. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our headquarters. We do not offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
