Responsibilities
• Collaborate closely with team members (Developers, Product Managers) to build, test, and deliver high-quality products
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and structured automation test plans and test cases
• Prevent, analyze, and track product defects, including performing root cause analysis
• Conduct hands-on automation and limited manual investigation and reproduction of functional backend software issues
• Perform exploratory testing on unreleased features, defining requirements, expected behavior, and impact

Requirements
• Around 5+ years of backend QA testing experience
• Fluency in both Chinese and English is required
• Basic technical knowledge related to computers
• Experience with full-cycle automation testing, including designing tests, writing scripts, and executing them
• Experience testing backend services such as APIs, databases, and distributed (non‑monolithic) systems
• Knowledge of Java and Linux, with the ability to write and review code
• Strong test analysis and test design skills for solving complex quality issues
• Experience with Python or Java unit testing
