Responsibilities
- Confirms quality of software offerings by testing new releases; comparing releases with objectives established by Product Management; making recommendations.
- Collaboration with product management and other teams to define and refine requirements
- Writes and execute test plans
- Improves existing QA programs by:
- Reviewing objectives and specifications; evaluating proposed changes; recommending features/modifications
- Developing standards and procedures to determine product quality and release readiness
- Driving innovation and streamline overall testing processes
- Maintains system integrity by manual testing of individual software functions to:
- Identify, isolate, and track bugs throughout testing
- Identify any potential problems that users might encounter
- Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality

Critical Experience (must have a very strong aptitude in ALL):
- Testing top 3 modern browsers: Chrome, Safari, Firefox
- Utilizing testing software (TestRail or similar)
- Utilizing Ticketing/Task Management (JIRA or similar)
The ideal candidate will also have strong experience in:
- Database-driven web applications
- Working in an internationally distributed remote team
- Agile environments
