ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY As the Web Producer, you will use your advanced knowledge of the web to maintain ONE’s existing digital platforms, manage with technical development vendor workloads, and develop new areas and enhancements to help mobilize an online constituency. This position will work closely with a team of designers, writers and campaign managers; as such, the ideal candidate for this role will love project management and have specific experience developing mobile products and working with WordPress technologies. This is a full-time position reporting to the US Digital Director and will be based in Washington, DC. IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL
Maintain and update content on ONE’s multiple global web properties, primarily for the US and Canada
Help manage ONE’s web servers, Constituent Relationship Management (CRM) Tools, and Content Management System (CMS)
Work closely with Digital team members and external vendors to develop web features and enhance existing functionality
Collaborate with key staff to develop requirements around new projects
Engage with vendors to help with large project or campaign development
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of ONE’s technical requirements for deliverables
Organize and maintain ONE’s template and tool libraries
Query membership and site metric data with ONE’s CRM tools to create activity reports for team members
