Eze Software Group (Eze Software) is seeking an experienced Web Development Expert with extensive experience optimizing performance to join the Development team that focuses on the next generation products located in the Boston headquarters. In this role, you will be part of our platform team and responsible for ensuring our next generation platform is fast and responsive, takes advantage of modern technologies, and can support future growth of the product.
Job Functions:
Ensure our core web frameworks and products are as performant as possible
Provide guidance and coaching across the entire development organization on best practices
Implement high-value features using an iterative approach with feedback from stakeholders
Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Stay abreast of new technologies and advocate for changes where appropriate
Contribute to system architecturaldiscussions/refinement
Explain complex technical issues concisely and effectively
