Our company provides development services to a fast paced internet technology company providing web, email and CRM tools for real estate agents. We are looking to augment a small team (3 developers currently). We are very established with a loyal client base, and keep ourselves at the cutting edge of technology!

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION:

• 2+ years of professional web and back-enddevelopment experience. Must have solid background in at least one web based MVC framework.

Example Applications:

• Email marketing campaigns / Subscription management

• Email auto-responders

• Event driven email notifications (e.g. newly listed homes in an area)

• Manual and scheduled posts to Facebook

• Automated ad campaigns to Facebook

• Integration / Customization of Netsuite

• Web site listings search / lead capture

• Listings Manager (Back Office)

• Lead routing

• Integration with Zillow/Trulia/https://www.realtor.com

This is a long-term contracting opportunity with a committment of 40hrs/week. This is a remote position. You have to bring your own equipment and be used to keeping track of your hours / reporting status on a daily basis.
