What we’re looking for:

• You need to love what you do, have opinions, and get excited about software.

• Advanced HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and cross-browser development.

• Proficiency with JavaScript frameworks, such as Ember, Backbone, etc.

• You know, or are at least comfortable with, Ruby on Rails.

• Comfortable in a Unix environment (you know your way around a terminal).
