About the role This position exists to convert structured corporate guidance into clear, easy-to-use digital interfaces that match the precision of our firm. We are currently working with a Manchester-based client who needs a complete rethink of how their corporate governance and strategy are communicated across their digital platforms. As a Junior Web Designer, you will make sure the quality and clarity of our advice are reflected in the quality and clarity of the user experience for this client and other senior-level assignments.
About Arabian Private Holdings Arabian Private Holdings was founded on the belief that many important business challenges don’t fit the typical large-firm consulting approach. A board dealing with succession planning, or a family group considering a capital injection, doesn’t need a large team of junior consultants and a lengthy methodology presentation. What they need are experienced partners who can work through the issue directly, develop a rigorous perspective, and stand behind it. Our work spans corporate strategy, governance, and operating model efficiency for leading family businesses, public companies, and government organizations. We prioritize clarity over complexity. As a remote firm, we focus on the quality of our analysis and the strength of our relationships, rather than office overhead or aggressive growth targets.
What you will do
- Create wireframes and high-fidelity mockups for client portals and corporate websites.
- Work directly with principals to understand the specific needs of each assignment.
- Turn complex financial information and organizational structures into clear, easy-to-follow web designs.
- Help support the digital requirements of our Manchester client by maintaining and updating project-specific materials.
- Make sure design choices reflect the firm’s emphasis on logical rigor and professional restraint.
- Refine and improve design ideas based on feedback from firm partners.
- Maintain a consistent visual style across all digital documents and external platforms.
- Help develop design systems that can be applied across different holding companies.
What we are looking for
- Basic experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or the Adobe Creative Suite.
- A solid understanding of typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- The ability to explain the reasoning behind a design choice in clear, straightforward language.
- A strong curiosity about how corporate governance and strategy can be communicated visually.
- Strong organization and time-management skills, especially in a fully remote setting.
- A willingness to learn the details of the financial and corporate sectors we work with.
How we work Our firm is fully remote, allowing us to focus on the quality of our work instead of office logistics. This model depends on a high level of personal responsibility and clear written communication. We don’t rely on multiple management layers—mentoring comes directly from the principals who are responsible for delivering each assignment’s outcomes. This means that even in an entry-level role, you will gain exposure to the core logic behind our business and the strategic priorities of our clients. We value clear thinking and the ability to form an informed viewpoint through more than just tool proficiency. Our remote approach is built on trust and a shared commitment to providing honest, independent advice to the organizations we support.
What the role offers
- Compensation that is attractive and competitive for the role and the current market.
- The flexibility of a fully remote position, with an emphasis on results rather than hours worked.
- Opportunities to work on high-impact corporate strategy and governance projects.
- Mentorship from experienced principals within a small, professional firm.
- The chance to build a portfolio focused on advanced corporate design for major organizations.
- A professional environment that values substance and clear reasoning over design trends.
