story through our online web properties. The right candidate will have a great eye for design and the latest web trends, a background in web development and be comfortable with tools like Figma and Webflow.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop highly engaging website layouts and user interfaces using Webflow

• Delivering high quality user experience, continuously iterating and refining site layouts

• Optimize sites for maximum speed and scalability

• Collaborate with marketing teams to align website design with marketing strategies and brand identity

• Work alongside engineering teams to integrate new features, maintain site performance and security

• Manage and improve SEO performance

• Troubleshoot any website issues

• Maintain brand consistency throughout all our web properties

• Ensure sites are accessible and multi-language

Core Competencies:

• Proven experience of designing and building Webflow websites

• Understanding of user experience (UX) design principles and user interface (UI) design best practices

• Creating low-fi wireframes and high-quality designs in Figma

• Understanding the basic principles of responsive and mobile adaptation

• Integration with backend and 3rd party services

• Strong understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 best practices

• Experience with user testing tools and analytics such as Microsoft Clarity and GA4

Nice to have:

• An interest in crypto or financial products

• Experience designing and working with Design Systems

• Experience designing for iOS and Android (mobile)

• Web and interactive animation skills (Lottie/Canvas etc)
