As a Web Design Engineer, you will transform design concepts into responsive, pixel-perfect HTML and CSS. This role connects design and development by ensuring that layouts, visuals, and interactive components created in Figma and Adobe applications are accurately translated into high-quality, production-ready front-end code for various assets such as slides and brochures. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to refine and enhance AI-generated outputs while maintaining brand standards, accessibility, and technical performance.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Convert designs from Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) into precise, responsive HTML/CSS.
• Review, modify, and enhance AI-generated layouts and design assets to ensure accuracy, usability, and visual consistency.
• Apply front-end updates to HTML, CSS, and PDF files, including adjustments to typography, spacing, images, and page structure.
• Work with product, engineering, and design teams to optimize UI/UX for brand consistency, performance, and overall user experience.
• Refine and improve layouts, graphics, and interactive elements to ensure consistent visual hierarchy and high-quality results across devices and browsers.
• Provide structured feedback to AI models by shaping prompts, selecting examples, and evaluating visual outputs to enhance generative quality.
• Collect and analyze user and client feedback to help improve the platform’s design-to-code workflows.

Requirements
• 1–2 years of experience in front-end development or design engineering.
• Advanced skills in HTML and CSS with the ability to deliver pixel-perfect results.
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) for understanding and refining designs.
• Strong knowledge of responsive design, cross-browser behavior, and accessibility standards (WCAG/ARIA).
• Excellent attention to detail in layout, typography, and overall visual consistency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to give and receive feedback effectively.

Advantageous skills or nice-to-haves
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, Front-end Development, or a related field.
• Familiarity with content types used throughout the pharmaceutical lifecycle, such as launch materials, MOA visuals, disease education, mechanism messaging, and sales aids.
• Understanding of healthcare marketing compliance and how design choices affect regulatory approval workflows.
• Experience in the Life Sciences industry is highly preferred.
