Labstep was started a year ago – providing a completely new take on electronic note keeping in a research lab. Our tool helps scientists walk through their experiments and capture their progress in an easy and intuitive way. We have been working closely with Oxford and have now lined up funding to take us to the next stage. We are looking for developers who can help us build and expand on our current platform and take the project to launch.
A Lead Web Developer is needed to join the foundation team at Labstep based in Oxford. We are looking for someone that is motivated, enthusiastic and will take ownership of the task at hand. We are offering an opportunity to take on a variety of tasks and challenges and to play an integral role in helping us reach our goals.

Responsibilities:
- Build flexible, scalable and robust technical solutions to meet the dynamic needs of a fast-growing and fast-paced business
- Solve hard technical problems related to heterogeneity of scientific data and user interface,
- Code, test and deploy solutions on mobile and desktop devices

- PHP, symfony2, mySQL
