We need to get moving this month and expect the heavy lifting to take place Dec 2015 through March 2016 with opportunities for ongoing project work. We are based in Knoxville, TN with team members in the Boston area, and would prefer to work with developers who are close to one of these locations if possible (but its not necessary).
