Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse functions to ensure materials and finished products are received, stored, and shipped safely, accurately, and on schedule. This role will lead day-to-day operations, maintain precise inventory records, and manage carrier and 3PL partnerships. The position is instrumental in launching a new warehouse, including designing the layout, workflows, and inventory structure as operations shift to Norcross, while developing efficient and scalable processes for long-term fulfillment.

Core Job Responsibilities
• Lead the setup and organization of the new warehouse, including layout, racking, storage systems, and workflow design
• Manage the transfer of inventory into the facility, including receiving, organizing, and tracking incoming materials
• Oversee daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping
• Coordinate workload and shipment schedules to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts, audits, and correct system transactions
• Manage carrier and 3PL relationships to ensure service quality, proper execution, and timely issue resolution
• Supervise warehouse staff and uphold performance, safety, and cleanliness standards

Skills / Knowledge / Experience
• Supervisory experience in warehouse, shipping, or receiving within a manufacturing or distribution environment
• Strong knowledge of warehouse processes and inventory management
• Ability to lead teams, solve problems, and make quick, informed decisions
• Comfortable working directly on the warehouse floor and addressing issues as they arise
• Familiarity with inventory systems, shipping paperwork, and material handling equipment
• Understanding of warehouse safety standards

• Effective setup and organization of the new warehouse, with layouts and workflows that support smooth daily operations
• Seamless receipt and organization of transferred inventory with clear visibility and minimal impact on fulfillment
• Confident ownership and use of the order fulfillment worksheet to plan and prioritize tasks
• Consistently accurate, complete, and on-time customer orders
• Data-driven process improvements that enhance warehouse efficiency, organization, and flow
• High inventory accuracy supported by regular cycle counts and strong system discipline
