A key enabler of our effort is a new product platform we call “Vision Fleet iQ.” iQ combines vehicle telematics hardware, cloud-based data management, predictive analytics, and a custom front-end to provide real time insights and behavioral cues to fleet managers, drivers, and other end users to improve the operation, utilization, and efficiency of the fleet. To date, our nascent iQ platform has helped drivers plug-in their vehicles at triple the normal rate, and improve utilization 50% over a typical municipal fleet.

Located in LA or SF, you will report directly to the CEO, working closely with our entire team, including our COO, CTO, analytics, and sales leaders. Your strategic and operational responsibilities span the entire product development lifecycle including 1) leading a comprehensive product strategy and roadmap, 2) defining product architecture, 3) driving strategic prioritization of the product features, 4) leading development execution within the Company and with strategic partners and vendors, 5) integrating HW and SW development 6) speaking as the “Voice of the Customer” and the end-user to drive an unrivaled user experience, and 7) managing on-going scaling and growth around the iQ platform.
