You must be a strong full-stack developer with a great eye for UI and design, skilled at completing projects in a timely manner.

Furthermore, it would be ideal if you also have VP Engineering experience and a general ability to drill down into code and fix / solve any problem that comes your way. You need to ensure things work well with present and future requirements always in mind.
