We are looking for an experienced and passionate Visual/UI designer.

The right designer for this position is an extremely driven and self-motivated artisan. You will be a self-starter that takes ownership in your work and believes in excellence.

As you report to our Head of Design, you will be responsible for working closely with clients and members of your team to come up with original and relevant designs from discussions and half-formed ideas. You’ll work across our broad range of projects, both internal and customer facing, while also working on prototyping new products.

Due to the speed at which we’re moving, you must be able to hit the ground running from Day One. Yes, we have a company onboarding process, and we’re growing quickly. Therefore, we expect 3+ years of industry experience or equivalent work history.

This is a remote position that can be performed anywhere.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our design leadership to deliver designs across our client portfolio and internal products
• Collaborate with developers to balance trade-offs in velocity, complexity, and simplicity
• Ensure quality of design in development, managing output of specs, assets & styles to developers
• Take creative direction and work efficiently and independently
• Communicate designs and articulate the "why" of those design decisions through sketches, wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes
• Evaluate design problems and present designs to clients on regular video meetings, and via email
• Help iterate and contribute to our design process and team culture not only as we scale as a team, but also as a company

• Experience designing for multiple device types and contexts
• Experience designing across platforms (web, desktop, and mobile), including a habit of staying well-versed on platform design specs, standards, and patterns
