As a Visual Designer, you’ll use your strengths in drawing, color, composition, and storytelling to create compelling images that enhance product descriptions, technical data, and key brand messages for our customers.

You’ll collaborate closely with the design team, creative directors, and marketing specialists to develop illustration concepts for both print and digital materials, and you’ll be responsible for refining those concepts to a high level of quality that elevates our brand.

**Responsibilities:**
– Create digital illustrations using tools such as bitmap and vector graphics applications
– Coordinate with fellow digital team members and stakeholders to discuss and develop designs and workflows
– Produce rough drafts based on illustration and design requirements
– Review client needs and determine the appropriate audience for the illustrative work
– Stay current with new design methods and software

**What we’re looking for:**
– A portfolio that highlights multiple projects and your specific contributions
– Work that demonstrates creativity and clear storytelling for global audiences
– Experience thinking “out of the box” when adding charm to EDU content
– Experience designing systems or user experiences while maintaining overall brand standards
– Strong typography, illustration, and visual design skills
– Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
– Self-motivation and strong workload management skills, including the ability to handle multiple projects and meet critical deadlines
– Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
