Junior Video & Motion Graphics Designer – Central Asia
The Role:
As a Junior Video and Motion Graphics Designer, you will support the creation of engaging visual content, including motion graphics, animations, and videos, to enhance our brand presence across digital platforms. You will be working on various projects including, but not limited to, 3D illustrations, animations and video ads for campaigns, as well as informational videos like education and news for our web and app platforms.
The main responsibilities of the position include:

    • Assist in designing and producing motion graphics, animations, and videos for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and marketing materials.
    • Edit and enhance video footage, adding effects, graphics, and audio to optimize engagement.
    • Utilise motion graphics techniques to enhance visual storytelling and create engaging animations.
    • Utilize mobiliography techniques to capture high-quality video content using mobile devices, ensuring professional-grade footage.
    • Ensure consistency in branding, design, and messaging across all visual content.
    • Keep abreast of the current video trends by incorporating the latest styles, techniques, and narratives into advertising campaigns to ensure content is fresh, relevant, and engaging.
    • Perform any other tasks, as assigned by the Manager.
Main requirements:

    • Degree in Media Communications, Animation (2D + 3D), Illustration, or a related field.
    • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.
    • Experience or familiarity with mobiliography techniques, including mobile video stabilization, manual camera controls, cinematic framing, and mobile video editing tools.
    • Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design software.
    • Familiarity with 3D animation software (Autodesk Maya / Cinema4D / VFX & CGI /Post Production / 3D Camera Tracking / DSLR Camera Operating) will be a plus.
    • Experience in utilizing AI tools for video creation and editing, enabling the efficient production of high-quality content will be considered an advantage.
    • A portfolio showcasing motion graphics, animation, or video production skills (personal, academic, or professional projects). (TBC if it’s a must along with the CV submission).
    • Strong video editing, motion graphics and sound skills.
    • Creativity with a keen eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
    • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Fluent in English and either Russian or Uzbek
